Is there a subscription?
No. There is no subscription, no setup fee and no contract. You pay a small fee on each payment that comes through Guacamole, and nothing when no payment comes through.
What exactly is the fee?
0.9% of each payment. Stripe bills its own card processing fee separately.
What happens to your fee if I refund a payment?
It comes back in full. If you refund a client, Guacamole refunds its fee on that payment too.
Do I pay for reminders, refills or the monthly statement?
No. One rate covers the whole product: reminders, cards at booking, fees collected, refilled hours, the monthly statement and payouts.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account, and from there to your bank. It never sits with Guacamole.
Can I try it before real money moves?
Yes. Start in test mode with no real charges, then go live when you are ready.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract. Stop using it whenever you like and nothing further is charged.
