Terms of Use
Last updated: October 15, 2026
1. Agreement
Guacamole is run by DataCops Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16891252), registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we"). These terms are an agreement between you and DataCops Ltd.
By creating an account or using the Guacamole web app, booking pages or website (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you use Guacamole for a practice or company, you agree on its behalf.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the Service. Keep your sign-in safe and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You're responsible for what happens in your account and for the information you publish on your booking page.
3. Fees
Guacamole has no subscription. When a client pays through Guacamole, we take a fee on that payment: 0.9%. Stripe charges its own card processing fees on top. Refunded payments return our fee. We'll tell you before a change to our fees affects you.
4. Payments and Stripe
Payments run through your own Stripe account, under Stripe's terms. You are the seller to your clients; we never hold your money. Until you switch to live, your account runs in test mode and no real money moves. You're responsible for the taxes on your income.
5. Your clients and your policy
You set your prices and your cancellation policy. Your clients agree to it when they book, and Guacamole charges saved cards only under the policy they agreed to and only when you or the rules you set say so. You're responsible for your policy being fair and lawful where you practise, for handling your clients' requests and complaints, and for having the right to contact them about their bookings.
Guacamole is a scheduling and payments tool. Don't store private client notes or records in it.
6. Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, Guacamole sees when you're busy (not what the events are) to block those times, and keeps its own "Guacamole" calendar in your Google account for events it adds. You can disconnect it at any time. How we handle this data is in our privacy policy.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, charge people without their agreement, attack or overload our systems, or reverse engineer it. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running and improving, but it's provided "as is" and may change, pause or have errors. We may add or remove features.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, Guacamole isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, including missed bookings or fees that could not be collected, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it.
10. Ending
You can delete your account any time by emailing us. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken. When an account is deleted, we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. Using the Service after that means you accept them.
